Ajax Tavern is a great scene for people watching, and they serve French food influenced by local Colorado ingredients. The newly re-opened Red Onion is a fun place to grab a bite and some drinks with locals and tourists alike. The Red Onion is open late night until 1am and serves classic American and old time Aspen recipes, like burgers, chicken waffles, steak and eggs, and meatballs and sauce.
