Southwind, the on-site market at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in St Thomas, you can get fresh daily pastries, rich Italian coffee, smoothies and fruit juices. Chef Daniele Trivero’s offers delicious paninis as well as superfood salads and antipasti platters for lunch. After a day at the beach, the market has cakes, wine, beer and gelato to top off the evening. Picnic baskets, filled with gourmet goodies, can also be prepared for beachfront dining.
